Помогите определиться с xvr3108a

Камеры:
Был нагружен почти 2 года: 6 шт AHD kcp60htc200esl 2.8-12mm 3MP + 10 шт IP camera lizm90s400 2.8-12mm poe
4MP по максимуму.

Симптомы: Тихо сдох ночью. Через HDMI загружается заставка, появляется сетка камер, в течении 30сек можно ввести пароль(актуальный пароль (изменённый) принимает, и виснет по времени, неверный пишет faled), и висяк с циклической перезагрузкой 30 сек, но уже без заставки, и по-новой - пароль - висяк. Сети нет - попытки есть с вялыми линками.

Мысли:
1. Сетевой контроллер Realtek RTL8211EG
2. Слёт прошивки MX25L25635E

Оборудование: напряжения и фильтрация в норме. По флеши только уарт переходник, который пишет перфокарту с кракозябрами, но думаю есть возможность другой наладить. Также с некоторыми трудностями можно сдуть флешь и считать прошивку на программаторе.
Подскажите пожалуйста в какую сторону больше копать? Может есть у кого нибудь авто прошивка usb для этого рега? Он вроде Longse, и камеры тоже, но таких обозначений нет, и версия прошивки из меню, увы, не сохранена..

Обновил прошивку от Longse автообновлением с флешки HIMIX3531A_update_8CH_V8.1.26.2

Прошивка залилась, но не помогла. Изменился чуть цвет стартового лого и пароль сбросился на заводской. В остальном - тоже самое - загрузка сетки камер, можно ввести пароль или не вводить, без разницы - экран тухнет с периодичностью 30сек, и всё повторяется по новой. Сеть не работает, при остановке загрузки также нет сети.
