Пересобирай JFFS2 раздел из правильной прошивки и им обновляй!
Тут вариантов несколько.
Раз ты там внутри и пациент стабилен и никаких процессов лишних нет, то монтируй распакованное и записывай то, что в mnt в прошивке!

обратите внимание в приведенном вами логе под какой CPU разворачивается ядро и какой CPU установлен по факту

Тут , наверное , и кроется основная причина неработоспособности камеры. Прошивка на HI3518 , а процессор на камере HI3516/

Когда эксперементировал c TFTP потёр конфиги.
Теперь камера стартует только так:

Скопировать конфиги из распакованного файла прошивки pkg ?

Копируем каталог MTD на SD карту из распакованной прошивки формата pkg ( меняем у прошивки расширение на zip и распаковываем на компьютере)
Карту вставляем в камеру.

cp -r /mnt/flash/mtd/* /mnt/mtd/ // копируем из примонтирванной sd карты все файлы и каталоги   с каталога /mtd/ в память камеры , в каталог /mnt/mtd/
reboot \\ перезагружаемся
Поправьте, где не так.

Для кого-то это рутина, а для меня настоящее открытие.


Ну в итоге опять длинный листинг и не работающая камера.... :(
