С флешки удалить все разделы, отформатировать ее в фат32

Наверное вот так надо было, ну или в одинарных попробуете. Всего 4 команды, не должно разделять

Вы что-то не так копируете, там 4 команды, вы в логе 10 показываете
вот это все одна команда, а не 5

Делать и энв и флешку, у вас файл прошился, но энв все равно пустой, поэтому там просто нет команд для запуска. Выполняйте мои 4 команды и проверяйте, что после перезапуска у вас printenv их выводит
