DVR. H.264 флэш s29gl064n90tf104 не коперует в DDR.

Добрый день. Не получается копировать с флэши s29gl064n90tf104 на DDR полный дамп чтоб сделать резервное копию дампа. Может я не правильно прописывают адреса?

Прописваю команду чтоб считат в DDR и на этом и зависает.

Осторожнее, вы пытаетесь не в том направлении скопировать. 80040000 это адрес во флеш памяти, а не в ОЗУ. NOR флеш адресуется напрямую. Выполните tftp без параметров, он напишет стандартный адрес в ОЗУ

Бывают такие реги, которые виснут, в соседней теме как раз описывал такую ситуацию... Не знаю, попробуйте меньшими блоками, не 8000000, а 400000, 1000000 и тд

Попробовал разнми блоками изменение нет, так же виснит. Прогромматор имею с переходником но хотелось слить с tftp. Может есть еще варианты?

После долгих манипуляции получилось считать дамп. Правильно ли я задал адреса?

Судя по всему, у вас есть консоль после загрузки рега, сделайте дамп на usb-флеш из линукса

В линуксе не силен. А самом деле апарат принесли на ремонт с программным дефектом, что не грузится до конца то есть черный экран. Вот и я хочу сделать бекап дампа чтоб не убить загрузчик перед экспериментами.
Вопрос, если даю адрес командой cp.b 0xc0008000 0x80040000 0x00800000 то загрузка происходит в ddr, если даю команду cp.b 0xc0008000 0x000000000 0x00800000 то загрузка не происходит и регистратор замерзает?
И почем начальный адрес флэши не с нуля начинается как в sf флэшах ? Например sf probe 0 sf read 0 800000.
