нет камер в сети Novus NVIP-2DN5000 и китайская SPIP-B520IR

Доброго времени. Имеется IP видеокамера Novus NVIP-2DN5000 и китайская SPIP-B520IR на FH8852. Обе камеры видит коммутатор,но не видит регистратор. С компьютера тоже камеры не найти,как будто их нет в сети. Лог загрузки китайца прикладываю (новус чуть позже прикреплю).Камеры с разных объектов,это не синхронный сбой. Не сильно разбираюсь в программной части,но сразу бросается несовпадение MAC адресов самой камеры с выводом по printenv. Подскажите как поднять камеры? Я правильно понимаю,что это не совсем трупы?
