Если прям уверены, что запись не проходит, тогда попробуйте nc -l -p 3333 | cat > /dev/mtdblock4
Не выполняется ни на компе, ни на камере. Курсор мигает и все. Ждал минут 5. Но не уверен, выполняется или нет.
Я не знаю как закрыть на камере соединение. На компе ctrl+z и все. А на камере хз как. Только сброс питания освоил.
Попробую сейчас еще по другому...

На компе само закроется, а на камере нужно закрыть и только не ctrl-z, а ctrl-c, а потом и перезагрузку камере сразу

Чего - то оно не закрывается никак. Один раз получилось ctrl+enter, в другой раз ctrl+c и все. Больше никак. Только сброс питания.
По копированию тоже - что-то скопировась. Камера начала запрашивать логин при загрузке. Но больше ничего. Куча ошибок.

Вы понимаете, что на камере не будет ничего писать вообще, полная тишина, не будет прогресса выполнения или чего-либо, т.к. это грязный хак. На компе, после того как он передаст весь файл, он просто сам завершится и вы увидите ком. строку опять. А на камере как раз может написать No space left on device, как оно в ваших логах и пишет.

Потренируйтесь на маленьких разделах или вообще любых файлах, можно текст даже. На камере пишите не в mtdblock , а просто в /tmp/asd , после окончания передачи - убедитесь, что файл такого же размера как и на источнике, можно проверить md5sum даже.

Так, угробил еще одного подопытного... Остался только амбут. Рутовая консоль испарилась.

При попытке копирования блока mtd4 через неткат угробил еще 1 камеру. То ли имеющийся у меня мтд4 кривой, то ли руки кривые :)
В итоге больше экспериментировать не на чем. Осталось еще 2, но одна дохлая по железу изначально, а вторая вообще только с амбутом оказалась.
Как -то так.
Теперь придется изучать Ambausb более глубоко.

Насколько я понимаю, блок по тфтп загружается. Но как его записать теперь в нанд?

Все таки победил я свои камеры. Восстановил порядка 15 штук за все время.Освоил, блин, Ambausb. Главное найти нужную прошивку под свой модуль в формате *.bin

maks1978, на камеру LIRDNA200 модуль S2L33M-IMX322-V1.4 не нашли прошивку в формате *.bin? Судя по логу камера пытается грузиться но находит какие-то ошибки во флэше, через Ambausb подключается, но прошивку в *.bin не могу найти.

Похоже битые данные и/или память.
Как видно сеть не инициализирована, управления в u-boot нету.
Вижу только один путь восстановления - прошивка дампа флэш-памяти.
Подпаялся к выходу USB на плате, подключил к компу, программа AmbaUSB камеру видит.
Пробовал сделать чтение памяти по разным адресам, читает все 0xff иногда пробегает пару байт мусора.
Программа может (вроде как) залить *.bin в камеру, но не могу нигде найти дамп в формате *.bin на на этот модуль (S2L33M-IMX322-V1.4), да хотя бы на другую ревизию платы.
Ребят, подскажите пожалуйста что можно попробовать еще, или может есть у кого дамп хоть какой под этот проц?
